Bloating

If your battery begins to bloat, you run the risk of screen damage.

This typically occurs when moisture makes contact with the battery.  The battery, like the rest of the iPhone has a voltage regulating chips.  When they fail your battery may begin to bloat.

Is your battery lasting less a day?  If you are a power user, this may be normal.  For the rest of us, it isn't.

A typical iPad battery lasts 500 charges, until the health of the battery begins to deplete.  After that, your iPad will never charge to 100%, even though it shows fully charged.
