What causes it
Most screen damage comes from drops and pressure. The Steam Deck is a big handheld that travels a lot, and a fall onto a hard floor or pressure in a bag can crack the glass or damage the display underneath. Sometimes the display or its connection fails on its own.
What we do
We confirm whether you have the LCD or OLED model and check that the fault is the screen. Then we replace the display and test the picture, touch, brightness and controls before you pick it up.
Your games and data stay put
A screen replacement doesn't touch your storage, so your library and saves stay installed. We don't need your Steam password.
