How it works
1. Free estimate. Fill out the free estimate form. We usually reply in under an hour.
2. Drop-off. Book your drop-off at 3114 Rotary Way, Burlington.
3. Repair and test. We repair the fault, then test controls, charging, display, Wi-Fi and thermals under load.
4. Your data stays yours. We don't need your Steam password, and we don't access your files.

FAQ
Can you fix Steam Deck stick drift? Yes, we replace drifting Steam Deck thumbstick modules. Joystick replacement is $49 each.
My Steam Deck won't charge. What's wrong? It's often a worn USB-C port, or a charger or board-level charging fault. We'll test it and quote before doing any work. USB-C port replacement is $129.
Do you repair the Steam Deck OLED? Yes, we work on both the LCD and OLED models. Screen replacement is from $149 for the LCD model and $229 for the OLED model.
Will I lose my games? Most repairs don't touch the storage, so your games stay installed. If we're replacing the SSD, we'll talk with you about reinstalling first.
Is there a warranty? Yes, a 1-year warranty on parts and labour. If the same issue returns, we'll fix it.
